What our core values are.

Based on the teaching of the bible we believe that a company should do more than make a few people rich. So we have set out our core values to make sure that when the company does well so does everyone else.

Everyone should be able to earn a fair wage.

We believe that everyone should be paid a fair wage. With this in mind anyone who works for us (for half a day or a year) gets paid a minimum of £10.50 (the living wage).

We believe honesty is the only way.

We believe that if the company is going to succeed and make a difference we have to be honest with everyone involved. This means right from our investors through to our suppliers we speak honestly at every stage, even if this means having awkward conversations.

What we say means something.

We want to be known as a company that delivers what we say, when we say, or better. This means we regularly take check to see if we are on target and ensure the work is up to standard.

Fairness is underrated.

Whilst we as a company aim to make a profit to share with our investors we also believe it is important that this is not done at the expense of anyone who works with or for us. Our relationship with those we work with and for is more important that the bottom line.

We are in this world to make it a better place.

The construction industry is little short of a nightmare when it comes to being environmentally conscious but that doesn’t stop us doing our part to reduce and reuse where ever possible. We also only use waste collection services that recycle over 90% of it.

Part of being in a community is giving back to the community.

We are in a blessed position and how we act should reflect this. This means that at least 10% of our profits are donated to good causes before any dividend is paid to the investors. We also set aside at least 2 weeks worth of labour each year to help out where we can.
